A different path
I attended the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon where I obtained my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Let me tell you a little secret though...

I ALMOST QUIT...

Three years into my program, I knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do. Although my passion is helping people 'get healthy' being a primary care doctor was not what I wanted.

I spent the next few years focusing on bringing people back to the basics - whole foods nutrition, mindful movement, adequate sleep, and stress management. I enrolled at the Mayo Clinic to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2019 and I haven't looked back.

As a Coach, I help people strategize for long-term wellness, break down goals into bite-sized pieces, and create a road map for where they want to go. We will dig into your motivation—the things that fuel you and keep you going—and set mini-goals along the way because there are no quick fixes when it comes to health.

I use my natural medicine background to help you incorporate nutrition, herbs, and homeopathy to gently support you and your goals.
