Introducing the Grounded Women's Circle (Coming This Winter)

Over the last two posts, we've looked at where women's circles came from and why connection is a real, measurable part of nervous system health, not just a nice idea. Now I want to share what I'm actually building: the Grounded Circle, a monthly home for women who are done running on empty.
You don't have to keep doing this alone. Something built for exactly that is on its way.
Why I'm Building This
I hear a version of the same story constantly: a woman who has been to the doctor, been told her labs are normal, and still feels exhausted. She's tired in a way sleep doesn't fix; she's stopped mentioning it to people, and she's quietly convinced that maybe this is just how it is now.
It's not. And she shouldn't have to figure that out alone.
Everything we've covered in this series- the history of women gathering for support, the science of connection and safety, the practice of hygge- comes together in the Grounded Women's Circle. It's built to be the recurring, always-there space that gives your nervous system what it's actually asking for: consistent warmth, community, and support.
What It Will Include
A monthly topic and resource. Each month centers on one theme, rotating through the foundations that actually move the needle: sleep, stress and the nervous system, nutrition, and movement. You'll get a practical, usable resource each month, not just something to read and forget.
A private community space. A space to ask questions, share what's going on, and connect with other women who are navigating the same kind of exhaustion and the same kind of dismissiveness from a healthcare system that keeps telling them everything is fine.
Live monthly connection. A guided Women's Circle call each month, real conversation, real presence, the kind of gathering this whole series has been about. For those who want more direct access, there will also be an option that includes a live Office Hours call for direct Q&A with me.

Two Ways to Join
The Circle will offer two levels of involvement, so you can choose the amount of support that's right for you right now. Full details, including founding member pricing, will go out first to my email list before anything is announced publicly.
When It's Launching
I'm targeting a launch this winter, between December and January, a fitting time for a space built around warmth, rest, and gathering close as the year turns over.
Be the First to Know
If any part of this series has resonated with you- the history, the science, or just the ache of wanting a space where you don't have to explain yourself from scratch- I'd love for you to be there when the doors open.
[Join my email list →] to get founding member pricing, an early invitation before the Circle opens to the public, and updates as the launch gets closer.
